Chloride Exide, has three locally owned limited liability companies in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Chloride Exide Kenya Limited (CEKL) was established in 1963, Chloride Exide Tanzania Limited (CETL) established in 1966 and Chloride Exide Uganda Limited (CEUL) established in 2001. Chloride Exide?s core business is distribution of automotive batteries, solar systems installation, backup systems installation, and solar water heating systems installations. Chloride Exide has grown from a single based operation to being the largest battery and renewable energy distributor in the East African region while enjoying considerable presence in the COMESA trading block. Of particular pride is our strong brand supported by a region wide network of over 18 branches and over 1500 dealers across the East African region. Chloride Exide Kenya is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and aims to comply with, maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Chloride Exide products include; Automotive maintenance free batteries, Automotive lead acid batteries, Solar deep cycle batteries, Solar panels, Solar water heating systems, Solar inverter power back-up systems, Solar PV systems, Motive power batteries, Back up batteries and related accessories. Chloride Exide batteries are manufactured to the highest standards at Associated Battery Manufacturers (E.A.) LTD, which is also ISO certified (ISO 9001:2015). In addition, we are the appointed service centre for Outback Power (USA), Victron Inverters (The Netherlands), Morning Star (USA), Phocos (Germany), Megasun (Greece). SHIPPING POLICY
For your convenience, we offer a number of windows in which we expect to deliver your order. At checkout, you may select your preferred window and we will make every attempt to deliver within that time period. In the event that there is a delay to delivering your order within the exact time window, you will be notified as much in advance as is possible. Ultimately, the delivery windows are a guide and we are not contractually bound to deliver within the stipulated time period. What we do guarantee is that your order will be delivered within 24 hours of the time of your selected delivery window. That said, majority of our customers’ orders are delivered within their chosen delivery window and it is always our goal to achieve this.

RETURN POLICY
If we deliver an incorrect or damaged item (damage that has been caused by us), we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. For us to replace such items, customers will need to notify the delivery driver of their observation at the point of delivery. Once customers have taken delivery of their order and they have confirmed the order, they take ownership of the items and Naivas will be unable to accept any returns.
